Return & Refund Policy

At Rooh Rakhi, we always prioritize our customers. We understand that sometimes things do go wrong. If you order Rakhi online, and are sent faulty or wrong items, we are here to help you.

Returns

While we do not usually allow returns on items that are not either faulty or incorrect, we do want to ensure that you are receiving the quality you expect from us as well. If you received your product and it was eligible for a refund under our criteria described below, we will issue you a full refund. Normally you will not have to return the physical product unless you provide us with evidence.

Refunds

We issue refunds for the specific cases listed below.

  1. Received Wrong Rakhi: If you received Rakhi that is different from what you ordered, we will issue a 100% refund. In order for us to process your refund, send us the following:
    • An unboxing video of the package and video of the product clearing showing the rakhi you’ve received.
    • A screenshot of your order details. Once we see that you had a discrepancy; we can instantly issue a refund.
  2. Defective Rakhi: If the Rakhi we sent you is not of the same quality as on the image shown on our Site, or there are manufacturing defects, such as broken motif, or broken thread, we will refund you. In order for us to help you, send us:
    • An unboxing video of the package and a very clear video/photograph of the defect on the Rakhi. Once we see the defect, we can easily begin processing your refund.

How to Ask For A Refund:

If you would like to request a refund, based on the above conditions, please contact our friendly customer service team which is available 24×7. You can contact us by email – info@roohrakhi.com, or on the contact form on our website. Please make sure to add all videos and screenshots to make the process faster.

Please Keep In Mind:

  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the product.
  • The amount of time for the refund to reflect into your account will depend on your bank/payment provider (usually 10-15 days).
  • This policy only relates to making issues w.r.t receiving wrong or defective Rakhis as above mentioned. If you have issues outside this area, please refer to our general Terms & Conditions.
